Do you have a store location I can visit or pick up my order?

Shopping the showroom is available by APPOINTMENT ONLY near Bishop's Mills, Ontario. Please Contact Us if you would like to SHOP THE SHOWROOM or pick up your order.

What are your Working Hours hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, 9AM to 4 PM EST.

Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?

We want you to feel awesome about your purchase. If by chance you need to make a return, we will gladly accept any unworn and unused items in new condition and in  their original sealed packaging within 30 days of you receiving the items.

Please note: We cannot refund the shipping charges. 

We do not accept returns on intimate products, wigs, custom products, seasonal, or clearance merchandise. 

When should I see my refund?

Refunds are usually applied within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse. We ask that you please save your tracking information. If your return was made in store please allow 2-3 business orders.

A Spencer's gift card will be issued for returns of merchandise purchased with cash and gift cards.

For purchases made with a credit card or a debit card bearing a Visa/MC logo a credit will be issued to the card used for the original purchase.

Do you offer shipping on your products?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping options, with items shipping from ONTARIO CANADA. 

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Once your order has shipped, a tracking confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted with the order. This email will contain your tracking number which we advise be used to track your package and ensure proper delivery.

Why does it say 'canada post' at checkout but my tracking number is through a different shipping company?

Canada Post is the default shipping calculator, but your items will be shipped by the most reliable shipping method that is available at the time of shipping. 

WHY DID MY ORDER ARRIVE IN A BOX FROM A DIFFERENT PRODUCT?

To  reduce our environmental impact we like to reuse existing shipping materials.
