Returns Policy


All returns are dealt with on a case by case basis. If there are ANY issues with your order please contact BEFORE mailing your item, to see if you qualify for either: a refund, an exchange, or store credit.

If approved we will then provide you with the return shipping information using a traceable shipping service. Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please use a traceable shipping service with insurance if we did not already provide you with one. 

Returns after 30 days of delivery are NOT ACCEPTED, with the exception of an undelivered order due to: an issue with the mail service or you do not receive a delivery email from us. Depending on the price of the product, Sebxet may first require you to provide proof that you submitted a report to the mail service company describing the missing item. 

Many store items are in LIMITED QUANTITIES & therefore an exchange can not always be guaranteed. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have a copy of the purchase receipt. We do not accept any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons NOT due to our error. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & the refund, sore credit, or exchange will be issued. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange products to reach you may vary. 

We do not accept returns on GIFT CARDS, Clearance Items, or products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, first check your Credit Card/Paypal account again before following up with us. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
