FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 CAD, otherwise standard shipping rates apply. Express shipping available at extra cost. 

Shipping Service Provider: Items shipped through either Canada Post, Purolator, or DHL depending on your location. 

Order Processing: We are just as excited to process your order as you are to receive your items. All orders are processed same business day unless noted otherwise. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Delivery: All items are shipped from Ontario CANADA unless otherwise noted in the product description. If a product is being shipped directly to you from another location, you might get multiple packages per order. In this case, you will receive a shipping confirmation for every package shipped to you.

Local Pick Up: Free Local Pick up is available for the following locations: 

• Bishops Mills, Ontario (by appointment only).
• The Rona parking lot, 2540 County Rd. 43, Kemptville, ON K0G 1J0 (during regular business hours). 
• Off the Local Matco Tools Truck, Brockville, Ontario area (during his regular route). 
• Olde Magick, 121 King St. W, Prescott, ON K0E 1T0 (during regular business hours).

Delivery time: Standard delivery time normally takes 1-2 weeks.  Although it can take longer depending on the custom's process in your country.
